My experience with Skool

I recently moved my online course and community to Skool. The onboarding process, which included setting up my course modules and integrating payment processing, was quite smooth. I appreciated the clear instructions provided. The mobile app access for members has been a big plus; engagement went up since my students can use it easily on their phones. I did have a small question about custom domains, and support responded within a few hours with a helpful link to their knowledge base. Video hosting works well, and student progress tracking is accurate. Overall, it's a robust platform, and things have been running smoothly since I made the switch.

Love this platform!

Skool has been incredible for my creator business! The gamification tools and leaderboards are fantastic for keeping my community engaged; everyone loves seeing their progress. The all-in-one nature of it, from course creation to direct messaging, saves me so much time. I'm definitely sticking with Skool for the long haul. Highly recommend it to any creator out there!

Good value for a new platform

I was looking for an all-in-one platform to host my course and community without breaking the bank. The 14-day free trial for Skool was super helpful to test things out. It felt like a solid investment compared to other options. Getting started was pretty straightforward, and I signed up for the annual plan for the savings. Worth the cost for what you get.

Easy to set up my group

I tried Skool for my little coaching group. Honestly, I'm not super techy, but it was surprisingly easy to get everything up and running. My members found it simple to use too, which is a huge plus. The community calendar helped a lot with scheduling. It just worked, you know?

thinking about moving my community over from Facebook Groups to Skool. Anyone done this before? Was it a pain?

K Kevin Sanchez 1 month ago
Yeah, I did! It's not too bad. Skool has some features that make it easier to re-upload content and stuff, and the community engagement actually went up for me, so def worth it.

It's a process for sure, but totally doable. You'll need to re-upload your content and get people to migrate but the admin tools on Skool are way better so it's a good move long term.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows if Skool has a student discount? Trying to launch a little side project and every bit helps.

P Paul W. 1 month ago
Nah, I don't think they do a specific student discount. It's more about the free trial or the annual payment thing if you want to save some cash.

They don't usually do promo codes or student deals from what I've seen. Your best bet is definitely the 14-day free trial to get things set up and then maybe try for the annual billing to save a bit.
